National Coach of the Badminton Association of Ghana, Moses Adu, has backed Leslie Addo to come good in the future after enduring a frustrating time competing in the 13th African Games.

Ghana missed out on winning a medal in the badminton competition primarily due to logistical challenges that forced Addo to go public with his frustrations.

Speaking in an interview, Adu touted the potential of Team Ghana’s members to win medals in future competitions.

“Leslie is very ambitious, he is very determined. He one way or the other was a bit emotional maybe based on pressure from his interview…that guy I want Ghana to look out for him, that guy has a future.”

In his viral video interview on social media, Addo stated that Ghana’s Badminton Team received equipment for the Games including rackets a day before competing.
